To all who attended, supported and participated in the JHSC this year, we are grateful for the success of this tournament. Its impact on D.C. youth grows every year.
Revere Bank showed us all why they were selected as Community Champions for the Washington region. Their constant willingness to give back to the various local businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations prove that their devotion to the community they serve. YLF wants to give a special thank you to Revere Bank's Co-President's and CEO's, Ken Cook and Drew Flott for their dedication and commitment to this year's tournament.
Johnny Holliday rallied all of us to raise nearly $250,000 to support the students of YLF and for the Johnny and Mary Clare Holliday Scholarship Fund this year.
25 mentors who will build character for hundreds of D.C. students this summer also volunteered their time in putting on this successful event. With many of them being alumni of YLF’s programs, we hope that you had the chance to get to know a few of them or find time to meet them this summer as they begin to facilitate our summer programs.
